The Weber Unternehmensgruppe of companies has grown and developed from a traditional family-owned enterprise during the past 100 years, actively operating throughout Central Europe today. Besides our core competence, the industrial pipeline construction, we offer our clients maintenance services, engineering, power plant services, valves services and scaffolding from a single source. The entire organisation is consistently geared to the specific needs of the customers. The Weber Unternehmensgruppe consists of independent companies, closely cooperating with each other and, within the scope of their core competences, covering the entire value-added process.

Facts that Impress

“We do not carry out any work that is unsafe”. This is the basic principle of our actions. Safety is a top priority for us and always comes first. The regular participation of our managers and employees in safety trainings as well as the continuous training and further education are the guarantee for our success.
We train our workforce in quality and occupational safety in 50,000 hours of training.
Apart from the core competence in industrial pipeline construction and plant construction, we are active in the business areas of maintenance, industrial coating, engineering, EnergyService, nuclear engineering and scaffolding.
A workforce of about 2,350 people is working with the Weber Unternehmensgruppe.
The sales revenue of the total group amounted to approx. € 445 million in 2022.
Our welders produce about 800,000 welding joints annually and our workers install more than 800,000 m of pipes in total.
Our employees perform more than 4,000,000 hours of maintenance carried out on the plants of our customers, even outside regular working hours and in full service, including scaffolding, insulation and corrosion protection.
We carry out more than 100 plant shutdowns annually, some of them with up to 350 employees! We also do the planning for you!

At our mechanical pipe prefabrication facilities in Pulheim (near Cologne) / Merseburg / Ludwigshafen / Antwerp, we perform more than 200,000 working hours annually and process 1,500 tons of pipes and semi-finished products.
We realise small, medium and large projects for you. Our biggest project had a value of more than € 55 million. From the planning to the installation of pipelines through to commissioning (incl. civil, structural steelworks, material procurement / handling, scaffolds, insulation, corrosion protection, heavy assembly, cranes, NDT, EI&C).
Our greatest construction site within the scope of a frame agreement in maintenance has a workforce of 350 people and the smallest one 3 people.
Weber Engineering performs photorealistic laser measurements, with accuracy up to 2 mm, through the Aadiplan department
With more than 150 employees, Weber Engineering is planning your investment — complete plants, but also individual pipeline systems.
We have over 500 satisfied customers, some of them for more than 90 years.
In 2022, we have celebrated our 100-year anniversary.
