3D Plant Design / Laserscanning

We use modern 3D plant design software, digital measurement technology and laser scanning to implement technically complex planning projects. Our planning services include the specification of certified pipeline classes and verified mounting structures as well the generation of fabrication isometrics and database-supported material management.

Drawing Technique / Operational Support

Experienced technicians provide our customers with on-site support regarding the actual state analysis of their plants. We update and optimise process and piping & instrumentation diagrams as well as the plant labelling.

Plant Safety

Our experts provide you with assistance in the implementation of your safety concepts in compliance with the ordinance on industrial safety and health or PED. Our range of services includes analyses, interpretation, documentation, and drawings.

Mechanical Engineering

Our calculation engineers carry out the calculation and detailed engineering of equipment and pipelines in accordance with national and international standards and regulations. Apart from specifications, we also prepare the associated layout and detailed drawings.

Process Engineering / Industrial Engineering

Our engineers support you in the field of basic and detailed engineering from the calculation and design through to costing, as well as with the preparation and updating of operating manuals.

Project Planning / Project Management

Our project managers with many years of experience provide our customers with advice in the implementation of plant and pipeline construction projects, from concept / approval planning to commissioning as well as as-built documentation. Our experienced specialist engineers assist within the scope of the planning services offered regarding EDP-supported schedule planning and deadline monitoring of external suppliers, assembly and installation processes, the coordination of the required mounting aids and the occupational health and safety requirements up to incoming goods inspection.

E/I&C Engineering

Specification, planning, design, and tender evaluation for all needed equipment are professionally carried out by our engineers and technicians, who take the relevant regulations into account.

Commissioning / Construction and Installation Supervision

With our experienced technicians we support our customers’ projects on site in terms of commissioning and the operation of thermal power plants as well industrial facilities. Moreover, we provide site management and the supervision of construction and installation works.

Structural Engineering

The steel and solid construction structures required in plant and pipeline construction projects are part of our holistic 3D plant and pipeline planning and are handled professionally and practically from planning and calculation through to execution.
This includes, among others, the design, static calculation of steel and plant engineering structures, FE calculations, solid construction and support with AwSV (handling substances hazardous to water) areas.

Mining Engineering

Our engineers plan and calculate pipelines with displacements in mining shafts in compliance with the shaft pipework guidelines of the Arnsberg administrative district.
Our field of activity includes the planning of renovation and reinforcement measures for winding frames, the planning of working platforms and hoisting equipment in shafts, including static calculations and the preparation of approval documents in accordance with the TAS (Technical Requirements for Shaft and Inclined Hoisting Systems).

EPC-Projects Heat

Supply of turnkey thermal plants (boiler systems, turbine systems, heat pump systems, etc.) from the initial idea to detailed engineering and assembly through to commissioning and acceptance, from a single source.
