Our services are only limited to the actual installation, but also extent to planning and documentation of the entire work process. In doing so, our maxim is an efficient and effective pipeline installation by qualified workers within optimised and customer-oriented organisational structures. We have demonstrated our efficiency in numerous major projects, such as the construction of a new furnace for the mechanical engineering company Linde as part of the “GOFER” project in Gelsenkirchen or the new TDI plant at Covestro in Dormagen.

Weber Armaturenservice is the Weber Unternehmensgruppe’s specialist in all service aspects involving valves. Thanks to our especially trained employees, we are a strong and efficient partner, whether in the workshop or for our customers on site. Our customers are drawn from the chemical and petrochemical industries and power plants, being clients of other Weber Unternehmensgruppe companies, too. Thus all services are provided from a single source. Valve services comprise: workshop service, collection and pick-up service, disassembling of valves, identification marking, maintenance, decontamination, approval and delivery including certification.

Thanks to experienced and professional planning and execution teams, equipped with tried and tested tools, we are a competent partner in the execution of holistic turnarounds as well as individual trades. Our know-how and our flexibility are a guarantee for an optimum shutdown with an efficient time and cost management.

At our locations in Merseburg and Berlin, we manufacture single components in small lot sizes for you. The assembly of these manufactured components together with associated devices is also part of our range of services.

As part of this core competence we are processing thermoplastics (PE, PP, PVC, PVDF), thermoset materials (glass-fibre reinforced polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins), as well as composites (PP/GFRP, PE/GFRP, PVDF/GFRP, PFA/GFRP). We have obtained the respective approvals for the plastics used, for example, procedure tests according to AD 2000 and PED as well as welding and laminating procedure tests in accordance with DVS guideline 2212, part 1 and 2. Our service portfolio ranges from the simple pump piping to the piping of complete plants.

You define your requests and we offer you the service modules individually tailored to your needs. In this way, we are in a position to provide you with cost-optimised maintenance services in accordance with your requirements. Due to our WMMS full service, maintenance methods are constantly improved and plant availability increased. We optimise inspection and maintenance cycles.

The Weber Unternehmensgruppe has specialists for supporting your plant at more than 100 locations in Germany at its disposal. Along the entire life cycle, we organise commissioning, ongoing operations as well as an optimisation of your process plants. With our own engineers, we are able to develop ad-hoc solutions in the event of problems. In the scope of frame agreements, we provide our customers with 24/7 availability and respond within the shortest possible time to get your process plants up and running again.
