The Weber Group is consistently expanding its expertise in plastics technology. Effective January 1, 2026, Weber Industrieller Rohrleitungsbau & Anlagenbau Merseburg will acquire TDA Technische Dienste und Anlagenbau GmbH, based in Bitterfeld, as part of a share deal.
With this acquisition, Weber is strategically strengthening its plastics expertise in plant engineering and continuing its course of strategic growth. “We look forward to maintaining existing customer relationships and unlocking new potential together. KG, together with the new Site Manager, Mr. Frank Zöllner.
The acquisition of TDA further strengthens Weber’s expertise and market position in the field of plastics technology.
